Prerequisites:
To be eligible to take the APICS CSCP exam, you must have:
- APICS CPIM, CFPIM or CIRM; or C.P.M., CSM OR CPSM designations plus two years of related business experience; OR
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent plus two years of related business experience; OR
- Five years of related business experience.
Certification:
The APICS CSCP certification is earned after passing one comprehensive exam.

The Exam:
The APICS CSCP exam consists of 175 multiple-choice questions (150 operational and 25 pretest) to be completed in 4 hours. The pretest questions do not contribute to your total score but are necessary for research purposes. They are randomly distributed among the scorable items and will be used for statistical purposes only.
Candidates should answer all exam questions.
