This page is Under Construction
This Workshop is intended for Scrum Masters, Scrum Product Owners, Scrum Developers and Line Managers in a Scrum context who want their teams to achieve the next level of performance. You may of course register alone, but optimally, at least three people from your project should attend: the Product Owner, the Scrum Master, and one or more Development Team members. If your Line Manager comes too, your ability to implement you proposed changes may be even better!
To participate, you must be a Certified Scrum Master or Certified Product Owner or have had equivalent training. Exceptions are possible if you are coming as part of a team. All participants are expected to read a 10 page excerpt of "Do Better Scrum" by Peter Hundermark.
