As part of the course, individual members and the team as a whole will receive a Belbin assessment, detailing their behavioural tendencies. The course uses Bruce Tuckman’s Forming-Storming-Norming-Performing model as a framework and aims to equip the team with the skills they need to move from a group of individuals to a high performing Agile team.
