Efficient project management and training is the key to finishing a project on time. All the roles taken  by  team  members  must  be  clearly  defined  and  the  progress  of  the  project  much  be tracked. Kanban does exactly this by dividing the total work into 3 categories. The first category being the one in which the work needs to be completed,  the second category displays the work in  progress  and the  third  category  lists  the  work that  has been  completed.  By  categorizing the work  in  this  manner,  employees  can  have  a  clear  vision about  the  work  that  has  been completed  and  the  work  that  needs  to  be  completed.   This  methodology  is  successfully implemented  in  many  companies  which  are  the  reason  for  the  popularity  of Kanban  system designing  certification  in  London.
