The role of a business analyst has become increasingly relevant in an era when software development projects are getting bigger and more multi-faceted. It is the BA’s job to understand the business, identify the business problems and work in tandem with other groups to provide solutions for these problems. To carry out these responsibilities, a BA needs to have several skills, chief among them good communication and technical skills along with problem solving, critical thinking, and documentation skills.
To establish a common ground of BA practices, the PMI® has developed a course called the Professional in Business Analysis® (PBA) that certifies professionals in their proficiency to carry out business analysis and project management tasks. This comprehensive certification is highly recognized by leading companies as a benchmark for good BA practices.
Our course, with an extensive courseware that is closely aligned with the PMI’s specifications, and practice sessions for a hands on experience of day-to-day workings of a BA, will make you ready to face on-the-job challenges with confidence and gain respect among your peers and customers.
On successful completion of the certification exam, you will be awarded the PMI Professional in Business Analysis (PMI-PBA)® certification.
