My passion for Agile mindset, its values and principles brought me to my current role of Agile Coach at Vistaprint. I work with teams and individuals from different functions to improve the ways they work through application of appropriate Agile practices. I am passionate about building high performing teams which delivers higher value to the end customers faster and drives better business results. My previous 10+ years’ e-commerce experience working on large-scale projects with cross-functional teams helps me to recognize the impediments and solutions faster.
