The ITIL® Practitioner credential is a reflection of your knowledge of the ITIL® framework and its implementation to achieve organizational objectives and business continuity. Based on the various elements of the ITIL® core material, from the ITIL® Practitioner Guidance 2016 publication publication and other supplementary material, the ITIL® Practitioner exam covers the CSI approach to adopting ITIL®, the principles used to guide decisions and actions when adopting ITIL/ITSM and the three critical competencies namely Communication, Measurement & Metrics and Organizational Change Management, needed for successful adoption of ITIL®.
