Prerequisites:
There are no prerequisites for attending the workshop but in order to appear for the examination participants should have passed the ITIL® Foundation exam.
Certification:
In order to achieve ITIL® Practitioner certification, candidates must appear for the exam and gain 70% pass mark.

The exam is:
- 135 minutes, Open book examination
- 40 questions (multiple choice), carrying 1 mark each
- Pass score 70% (28 marks)

PDUs are credits awarded by the Project Management Institute. They recognize your dedication to the Project Management world through the award of credits for every educational effort you make throughout your career.
