He is also a Lean Expert, ISO 9000 Auditor, Balanced Scorecard Implementation Expert, PMP, ITIL & Six Sigma Deployment Leader with rich Operations and Process excellence related experience in Services & IT domains.
His experience lies in various domains like ITES, ITSM, Software Organizations & financial companies.
