As a child of the ’60s, reading fiction and watching films where computers were often characterized as omniscient, controlling or sophisticated, Bill is engaged in a lifelong quest to demystify computers for himself, and now others.
Bill is the founder of Agile Innovation Labs; a software developer with a keen eye towards Product Discovery; and the founder of the agile meetup group--Chicago Agile Open Space. When not wearing the hat of husband, father, coach or biker he is a writer. Bill is working on his first book entitled 'Teaching Coaches to Hang Glide / Being Fearless for Your Teams'.
His workshops are very popular as he is a trainer, mentor and counsellor all rolled into one. His years of experience lets him know the pulse of the market and instructs professionals to understand the same.
