Bodo is an experienced business change and ICT PMO/PPM consultant with over 20 years’ experience in the industry. He is a change leader, and coach with a consultative management style, who develops staff while also managing the people, processes and tools aspects to successfully deliver Business and Technology Change programs adding value to organisations.

As a Project Program and Portfolio Management Specialist, he has delivered complex digital business transformations within various small to large organisations.
He has had great success as a consultant working with leading international organisations over the last 20+ years to implement business change programs and world's best practice project and portfolio management capabilities.   • The Department of Mines and Petroleum (DMP) has amalgamated with the Department of Commerce (DoC) as part of Machinery of Government announced by the Premier of Western Australia, Mark McGowan in April 2017.
  • Until a final structure is being implemented, I am working assisting the former DMP side in the procurement and contract management of ICT resources and services, as well as in the planning of setting up a Portfolio Management Office.
