Mr. Cox is a project manager experienced in delivery of large, complex information technology projects ranging from a few months to many years in duration. He has led successful project initiatives at multiple clients, most recently in the technical upgrade of Oracle Enterprise Business Suite (EBS) 11.5.10 to 12.1.3 for a multi-billion dollar federal client, and re-implementation of Oracle EBS 12.1.3 to 12.2.4 for one of the U.S. National Laboratories.
As a certified project manager (PMP, MCP), he is an expert across a wide range of knowledge areas and use of various PM tool sets. During this period with IBM, I led complex technology initiatives with responsibility for delivery, client satisfaction, budget and schedule performance, design, architecture, and P&L for IBM. Budgets varied from $14 - 32M annually on contracts up to $500M total contract value.

I led a number of strategic initiatives including a small, multi-disciplinary team developing a business case for transformation of a $40B health care payer/provider's clinical data warehouse; a complex, Federal data warehouse project for replacing existing data warehouse capabilities across a variety of technology platforms. Technologies included Teradata, IBM, Oracle, and Microsoft.
10/2008 - 06/2011: Project Executive at the Department of Energy leading multiple IBM project teams in the successful deployment of the Compusearch/PRISM e-procurement / contracts management system, and Oracle Business Intelligence Enterprise Edition (OBIEE) projects.
01/2007 - 09/2008: Deputy Program Manager - Technical, and Software Development Lead for the IBM U.S. Army Logistics Data Management Service program, leading the technical development and integration of logistics management software as part of the Army's Future Combat Systems.
