national business contexts. I am also well experienced in business process design
and related methodologies. I worked in diverse strategic projects acquiring a very broad vision about ICT industry processes and platforms. Given to my management capabilities and technical experience, my clients gave me the responsibility of running several international start-up projects such as establishment of Telecom Italia Mobile in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil as well as in Havana, Cuba where my responsibilities consisted of evaluating, buying, customizing, installing, and rolling-out the pre-paid platform systems according to customer requirements.
I have extensive experience in delivering project management and business analysis training in Europe, Asia, South America and GCC region. I also deliver training in soft skills and accounting practices.
