This is reflected in his over 20 years’ work experience in Fortune 500 companies where he played critical role & responsibilities. He proactively undertook projects and mentoring in areas such as Supply Chain Management, Manufacturing & Operation, AME/Advanced Manufacturing Engineering, Strategy Initiatives and Project/Program/Portfolio Management ( New Product Introduction & Transition/Relocation, SAP & Oracle Implementation, GSP Compliance). 
Hunter is a key champion of change and a seasoned practitioner in Lean and 6 Sigma. He brings in his strong strategic & systematic thinking, and business & financing acumen to the training workshops that he led. Hunter is a 'big-picture' thinker while being a ' roll-up sleeves' doer. This has helped him train, counsel and instruct many professionals in key strategic areas that are needed to bring about change management in organizations. His certifications include Certified Lean Expert along with PMP.
