Jack Hsieh is an expert Project / Program management consultant and trainer who has considerable experience in working in large scale, multi-function, multi-culture environments. He is skilled at Project management office (PMO) establishment and operation, and has helped many organizations through his knowledge of Risk Management, theory and implementation and Earned Value Management (EVM), theory and implementation. Through the course of his industry experience, he has acted as mentor and counsellor, overseeing the implementation of new product development, right from opportunity identification, concept generation, concept evaluation, to the development, launch and marketing. His qualifications are many and varied; and at present, besides being a tutor and instructor, he has distinguished himself as a Board Director on the PMI-RCP Advisory Group of the Project Management Institute.
