As a self employed senior business professional I have accumulated a broad range of experience over the duration of my career with managing conflict, mediation, and performance management across the private, public and the NGO sectors. Having held a range of senior leadership roles including HR Director, Change Manager, HR Business Partner and HR Management roles. I have recently been appointed as a board member for Birthright New Zealand. I am an experienced facilitator, educator, mentor and accredited coach trained in Gallup StrengthsFinder and Human Synergistics (Leadership Success Inventory, LSI). I am passionate about capability development and enjoy leading people from being ‘good’ to ‘great’ and working with them to identify their talents and to achieve their goals. Through the nature of my roles I have extensive experience with effectively managing conflict and achieving win-win solutions.
