Nick is the Program Director for Masters of Global Project Management and Dual Master of Business Administration and Global Project Management. He has been part of the leadership team at the Torrens University Australia since the University opened in January 2014. As part of the Laureate International group of Universities this role has involved strategic and operational aspects of the global project management and dual degree program to build and run successful new programs.

With over 30 years of industry and education experience, previous senior leadership roles have included Portfolio Management, ICT Management and consulting and mentorship roles for various organisations including IBM, Telstra, 3Pillars Asia Pacific, Business SA and the state government. These roles have involved consulting on complex large scale business transformations, capital program planning, development of strategic plans, organisational maturity assessments, setup of PMOs, enterprise architecture, change management and benefits management.

Nick’s track record as an excellent coach, and instructor are evident by the popularity of his training workshops.

Envirnonments included development, test and production and the management of accociated data centres.

Nick is the Assistant Professor and Program Director of the Global Project Management Program and Dual Master of Business Adminsitration/MGPM at Torrens University Australia. This role has involved the design, development and management of the Advanced Masters, Masters, Graduate Diploma and Graduate Certificate in Global Project Management and Dual MBA/MGPM that runs fully online and face to face at the Sydney Rocks Campus , Adelaide Wakefield Campus, Melbourne and Brisbane.

Nick is also a doctoral candidate and undertaking a PhD in Project Management in the area of Supporting Project Success in Australia through the Implementation of Project Portfolio Management.
He has assisted and consults in the areas of Portfolio practice and PMO implementation for improved project success.
