Nick is the Program Director for Masters of Global Project Management and Dual Master of Business Administration and Global Project Management. He has been part of the leadership team at the Torrens University Australia since the University opened in January 2014. As part of the Laureate International group of Universities this role has involved strategic and operational aspects of the global project management and dual degree program to build and run successful new programs.
With over 30 years of industry and education experience, previous senior leadership roles have included Portfolio Management, ICT Management and consulting and mentorship roles for various organisations including IBM, Telstra, 3Pillars Asia Pacific, Business SA and the state government. These roles have involved consulting on complex large scale business transformations, capital program planning, development of strategic plans, organisational maturity assessments, setup of PMOs, enterprise architecture, change management and benefits management.
Nick’s track record as an excellent coach, and instructor are evident by the popularity of his training workshops.
As a technical specialist responsible for a technical team of system administrators and support specialists for the deployment and support of servers, workstations and applications for national systems. Envirnonments included development, test and production and the management of accociated data centres.

Design, develop and deliver training in project management which included the Certificate 4, Diploma and short and online courses in Project Management together with PMI PMP/CAPM Preparation courses and other customised project management courses.
Clients have included Business SA, TAFESA, Electus, Invisage, AIMSA, Univerity of South Australia (Masters Project Management), University of Ho Chi Minh City, and the State Government.

Nick is the Assistant Professor and Program Director of the Global Project Management Program and Dual Master of Business Adminsitration/MGPM at Torrens University Australia. This role has involved the design, development and management of the Advanced Masters, Masters, Graduate Diploma and Graduate Certificate in Global Project Management and Dual MBA/MGPM that runs fully online and face to face at the Sydney Rocks Campus , Adelaide Wakefield Campus, Melbourne and Brisbane.
