I worked on -
1. A web based Intranet applications solution focused on automating, maintaining and interoperating the physical processes involved in a manufacturing industry, specifically alloy manufacturing. The project is a composite hub of independent and interdependent applications across different operation areas including manufacturing, material handling, technical services, sales and other key operation areas that increments the productivity of existing physical processes. It involves man machine interface handling e.g. OPC, PLCs and Furnaces.
2. A project to create an integrated Process Informatics System, which is used to gather, analyze and disseminate information with the objective of controlling and improving the manufacturing process. This system acts as an analysis tool to improve manufacturing process while capturing data from various sources to perform correlation & statistical analysis. It also generates graphical reports & charts to get a snapshot of manufacturing process. It provides analysis to be performed on historical data.
