Description

Teams are the fundamental building blocks of most organizations, and teams that are able to work cohesively together with greater synergy can perform at high levels. As great leaders know, building a two-way trust relationship lies at the core of effective team building. Managers who want to lead teams that outperform must factor in trust-building into the equation. Trust is a powerful enabler in cooperation and performance. This workshop will help your team in improving their trust relationships and gaining a deep understanding of trustworthiness. Participants will learn to use the Team Trust Canvas methodology to strengthen team performance. They will learn which factors are essential for trust and how to use this new capacity to create an environment that brings out the best in people. No, there is no online/virtual course for this. This training follows a very experiential format with plenty of exercises and hands on sessions that can be conducted well in a classroom format.

On successful completion of the course you will receive a course completion certificate issued by KnowledgeHut.
