They make sure everyone is correctly using the Scrum methodology, a set of principles that guide Agile project management. Their main role is to remove any obstacles that can prevent the team from succeeding. They instruct the group on how to operate more efficiently and systematically on their own. The Scrum master is a leader who supports the team and is not a boss. Running Scrum events and serving as a link between the team and stakeholders are just a few of the important duties they do.

After finishing the training, an online account will be created for you, where you can access the online test to complete your certification process.
