Design Thinking is a collaborative approach to solving problems. For our Design Thinking Certification Program, we’ve adopted the 5-step framework in the Design Thinking Program evangelized in the 1990s by IDEO and Stanford. This framework speaks about empathizing, defining, ideating, prototyping, and testing - the 5 steps to be a skilled design thinker.

These skills serve as a powerful framework, within which techniques like data sciences and behavioral psychology can be leveraged effectively. In this immersive, two-day program, you’ll step out of your comfort zone and channel your creativity.

Our Design Thinking course offered in collaboration with Tinker Labs, is beneficial for people and organizations interested in reducing their go-to-market time, exploring perspectives that might get overlooked, and building upon an eclectic mix of ideas, using the 3H approach

  • Head: Intellectual or conceptual understanding of the subject
  • Heart: Excitement or emotional connect with the topic
  • Hands: Tools and techniques to confidently apply the learnings
