In this module, you will learn about Business Increment Planning and Coordination. You will delve into the importance of building something small, releasing it, learning from the release, making a pivot if needed, and repeating.

7.

Discover how to optimize and Improve the Value Stream within the organization. Learn to attend to operations, enabling and supporting value streams and advise stakeholders and teams to support value stream enhancements

Understand the importance of channelling visibility across the Enterprize. Discover how to use a combination of eliminating delays, quick feedback, visibility, and focus on value to align people across the organization.

13.

When you scale agile strategically to address the needs of your entire enterprise, a multitude of roles appear. In this module, you’ll learn about why there are so many roles at scale and how not to confuse them with positions.

In this module, you’ll learn how to go about End of Increment activities. At the end of an increment, teams must leverage learnings that are captured by the DA toolkit. You will be able to understand and appreciate how these lead to a faster rate of improvement that is less expensive to achieve.
