Description

Kanban is an approach to change management that works around the principle of minimal resistance, and encourages ongoing incremental and evolutionary changes to your current system. It creates order out of chaos, with its clear emphasis on prioritization and defining focus. Workflow and process problems are identified, and solutions are uncovered so that product delivery is streamlined and made consistent.
