KMP I: Kanban System Design (LKU) Course Course in Manama

Manama is the capital of Bahrain, an archipelago in the Persian Gulf just above the Qatar peninsula. It had always been the commercial capital of Bahrain but it was not until 1971, when the British officially left Bahrain that Manama was designated as the capital of the newly formed State of Bahrain. Manama drew its economy from its pearl dhows and surprisingly from cotton fields before oil was found in the early 1930s. With the economy shifting to oil, and the influx of cultured pearls from Japan, the pearl diving industry closed down in Manama, and many of the divers were slowly moved to work in the oil industry. Interestingly, Manama was also an important financial centre from ancient times and continues to be a leading provider of financial services, offering attractive incentives to foreign investments because of its no-tax policies. There are now many multinational companies located in Manama and it is a cosmopolitan city where professionals are in constant demand.

There are several online and offline trainings and certifications that you can acquire as a management professional. KnowledgeHut offers the Certified Lean Kanban Foundation Training as KMP I: Kanban System Design training in Manama. The Kanban System Designing Certification in Manama is a comprehensive course that introduces you to fundamental concepts of the Kanban methodology that will help you to perform your project management tasks efficiently. The course includes extensive exercises and coaching from a certified expert.

Currently only classroom training is provided but you can check the KnowledgeHut website to see when the Kanban System Designing online training in Manama is introduced.

A New Alternative

The agile methodology introduced the Scrum framework to improve processes and development cycles. Kanban is also another agile methodology although it is not as structured as Scrum. By attending the Kanban System Design training in Manama, you will understand the differences and get to appreciate the pull method used by Kanban to get teams to deliver on time.

Keeping Ahead of the Curve

More and more businesses are moving toward adopting agile methodologies and introducing the Scrum process framework into teams requires a mind-set shift. However, once that is done, incremental changes to processes may be required and that is what you learn at the Kanban System Design training in Manama. Although the Kanban System Designing Certification online is yet to be introduced, you will benefit greatly from the classroom training, workshop and e-learning experience.

KnowledgeHut Empowers You
