KMP I: Kanban System Design (LKU) Course Course in Montreal

The Island of Montreal in south-west Quebec province of Canada lies at the confluence of the St. Lawrence and Ottawa rivers. Montreal city is on this island. Half of Montreal’s population speaks French and English. Founded in 1600s, Montreal is one of the earliest European cities in North America. It is the commercial capital of Canada with a large and busy inland port handling more than 26 million tones of cargo each year. The Canadian National Railways’ headquarters as well as the consulates of many countries from across the world and the United Nations’ offices are all located in Montreal. Aerospace, pharmaceuticals, electronics and software industries contribute largely to Montreal’s economy.

With such a wide array of industries, management professionals are always in demand. And upgrading your skills in management is something every employer would appreciate. The Certified Lean Kanban Foundation Training is given by KnowledgeHut as KMP I: Kanban System Design training in Montreal. Before you attend the Kanban System Designing Certification in Montreal, it is a good idea to read up on Kanban. The course is comprehensive and covers the foundational aspects of the Kanban methodology, including exercises and hands-on training by certified experts.

As of now, you can avail of the classroom training but do check the KnowledgeHut website for updates on when the Kanban System Designing online training in Montreal is introduced.

A New Alternative

The Scrum framework, which is part of the agile methodology, helped to improve processes and development cycles using the iterative process called sprints. You could consider Kanban as another agile methodology that is not as structured as Scrum. The Kanban System Design training in Montreal will educate you on the differences between the two approaches and help you understand the pull method used in Kanban.

Keeping Ahead of the Curve

Introducing the Scrum framework to teams required a drastic shift in the way processes were being followed.  If your team already uses Scrum, by doing the Kanban System Design training in Montreal you can easily introduce the Kanban board to your team to visualize the states through which the process cycle needs to run and identify those states that could turn to be potential showstoppers in terms of delivery. The Kanban System Designing Certification online is not yet a reality but for now, you can get the maximum benefit from the classroom training and the workshop.

KnowledgeHut Empowers You

The Kanban System Designing Certification in Montreal will empower you to introduce incremental changes into your team’s processes whether you follow agile methods or not. Unlike the agile methodology where the customer is involved in the process cycle, the Kanban method is confined to your team giving you the liberty to introduce the method and see the satisfaction it gives to the customer when delivery is prompt and of a high quality.
