The AWS Certified DevOps Engineer Professional Exam has 75 questions. These questions are either multiple choice or multiple response.  

AWS recommends at least two years of experience in operating and managing DevOps before you take the exam. If you have the knowledge, experience, and skills related to the discipline, you will find it easier and the time you need to become a DevOps Engineer would be shorter.

On average, it would take around six months for a professional to become an effective DevOps Engineer and to achieve the AWS Certified DevOps Engineer Professional Certification.  

To pass the AWS Certified DevOps Engineer certification exam, you should have a reasonable amount of knowledge and experience in coding, building infrastructure, operating systems, continuous delivery systems etc., you should be able to grasp the concepts quickly enough to pass the exam once you take a training by experienced professionals well versed with working in AWS environments. 

Taking an AWS certified DevOps engineer course and attempting a few AWS Certified DevOps Engineer Professional Practice exam will help you clear the exam.
