1. What does a Microsoft Partner mean?

A Microsoft Partner is a training provider that has been authorized by Microsoft to provide programs to professionals based on Microsoft Certifications. This accreditation represents Microsoft’s acknowledgment of the training provider’s ability to provide training programs in line with Microsoft’s best practices.

2. Is KnowledgeHut an accredited training provider to deliver Microsoft Trainings?

Yes, KnowledgeHut is a Learning Action Pack Partner authorized to deliver Microsoft Trainings.

3. Does the Course Fee Include the Microsoft Azure AI Fundamentals Examination Fee as well?

No, the course fee does not include the Microsoft Azure AI Fundamentals examination fee. By taking up the Microsoft Azure AI Fundamentals training, you are only paying for the training and not for the exam. The certification exam cost for AI-900 is USD 99 and has to be taken from Pearson Vue.

4. What is the passing score for Microsoft Azure AI Fundamentals Certification Exam?

This exam is intended for candidates with both technical and non-technical backgrounds. Data science and software engineering experience are not required; however, some general programming knowledge or experience would be beneficial.

Technical exams: All technical exam scores are reported on a scale of 1 to 1,000 and are scaled such that the passing score is 700. Any score of 700 or greater is a "pass." Any score below 700 is a "fail."

All Microsoft Office exam scores are reported on a scale of 1 to 1,000. The passing score varies from exam to exam and is provided on the score report. The actual cut score percentage is determined by a group of subject matter experts using a process like that used to set the cut score for Microsoft’s technical exams.

5. What is the Microsoft Azure AI Fundamentals Certification Exam retake policy?

If you do not achieve a passing score on an exam the first time, you must wait 24 hours before retaking the exam. At that time, you can log onto their certification dashboard and reschedule the exam.
If you do not clear the exam for the second time, you must wait at least 14 days before retaking the exam a third time.
A 14-day waiting period is also imposed between the third and fourth attempts and fourth and fifth attempts.
A candidate may not take a given exam any more than five times within a 12-month period. This 12-month period starts from the first attempt. The candidate is eligible to retake the exam 12 months from the date of their first attempt.
To take a given exam more than five times per year or to have the time between attempts waived, a candidate must have experienced one of the errors listed below and request an exception from Microsoft.
You cannot retake an exam that you have passed unless your certification has expired.
You must pay to retake the exam.
