Certified Agile Process Owner® Training

More and more organizations are adopting ITSM processes and policies to facilitate quick roll outs of products, maintaining high quality, reducing risk and change. To accomplish this, organizations need professionals who can design ITSM processes and ensure that they are met. This is the role played by Agile process owners, who own the processes and ensure that value is delivered to stakeholders.
The Certified Agile Process Owner® is a certification by the DevOps Institute (DOI) that validates the holder’s knowledge of managing the requirements of process stakeholders, translating those requirements into process performance objectives, and overseeing the entire process design and improvement lifecycle. KnowledgeHut’s workshop and subsequent certification helps participants understand the process owner responsibilities and design, and manage and improve ITSM services particularly in the context of Agile Service Management. They will learn how to perform product owner responsibilities by aligning them to Scrum practices and meet overall business goals by ensuring continual adherence to processes.
