By the end of the course you will learn how to combine Agile in ITSM that deliver value to the stakeholders by understanding their requirements and translating those requirements into process performance objectives. 

Familiarity with IT service management processes and ITIL is recommended. In order to get designated as Certified Agile Service Manager, candidates must pass the 60-minute unproctored, web-based open book exam, consisting of 40 multiple-choice questions, with 65%.  The certification is governed and maintained by the DevOps Institute.

Participants need to have familiarity with IT service management processes and ITIL.
