There are no prerequisites for appearing for the exam but if English is not your first language, you would be required to provide an IELTS Academic Module with an overall score of 6.5 (each component pass being at 6.0 or above) or the Cambridge Certificate of Advanced English at grade B or above, achieved in the past 2 years. Other alternative qualifications may also be considered.
Participants will gain the certification on successfully clearing two mandatory modules: Marketing Principles and Customer communications.

This course is ideal for candidates who wish to start out on a career in marketing or marketing professionals who want to further their career by revisiting concepts.
The exam is conducted in the form of two modules, both of which need to be passed to gain the credential. One is based on Marketing principles, which is a 90 minute exam, comprised of 50 multiple-choice questions. The second module is Customer Communications, which is assignment based and split into three tasks.
Achieving each module will give you a distinct award but you will receive the full foundation certificate only on completion of both the modules.
