DipIFR Training

The Diploma in Financial Reporting is a credential offered by the ACCA, the globally recognized accountancy body. DipIFR is a reflection of a professional’s expertise to apply the IFRS for an organization to gain social, economic, and political support in the areas of operation and management. 

ACCA stands for Association of Chartered Certified Accountants and is a globally recognized center for financial studies and training. It offers plenty of accountancy certifications and a credential from ACCA is a reflection of the holder’s expertise in the given area. 

International Financial Reporting Standards define a set of globally accepted standards that are used by organizations to make their company accounts and financial reporting understandable across geographies and cultures. This is especially useful for multinationals who have a presence in various locations across the world and are required to conform to the political laws of geography.

You should be a practicing professional accountant or auditor, qualified according to national accounting standards to take this diploma.

Certification: 

The DipFIR is a certification provided by the ACCA (Association of Chartered Certified Accountants), the global body for professional accountants. 

The Exam: 

The DipIFR is a single three-hour written exam, split into two sections. It is held twice a year in June and December.  

The prerequisites are mandatory for applying for the exam. Alternatively, if you do not meet the eligibility criteria for DipIFR, you can consider ACCA’s online certificate in international financial reporting for SMEs (CertIFRS for SMEs).

The Finance for Non-Finance Managers workshop at KnowledgeHut is delivered through an immersive learning experience platform, via live and interactive instructor-led training sessions.

Our course focuses on engaging interaction. Most class time is dedicated to fun exercises, lively discussions, and team collaboration - all facilitated by the trainer. The focus is on practical solutions to real-world challenges drawn from decades of experience.  

Yes, your course material will be provided in advance. You will receive an email with a link to set your password a few days in advance of the scheduled course. You will have access to the study plan and all the course material.  

The course material comprises of the course schedule or study plan, workbooks and all relevant assignments, assessments, or case studies.  

The sessions would be auto recorded on our LMS, subject to permission by the instructor. Based on the permissions, you would have lifetime access to the video recordings of the sessions as well. 

No, you will not yet be able to join the training through phone or tab. Please be prepared to join the training on your laptop or desktop.  

If you miss a class, you can access the recordings of the sessions, provided that the instructor has permitted recordings. At the beginning of every session, there will also be a 10-12-minute recapitulation of the previous class.   

This is an instructor-led live training workshop. 

We currently use the Zoom platform for video conferencing and will soon be adding more integrations with Webex and Microsoft Teams. However, all the sessions and the recordings will be available right from within our learning platform. Learners will not need to wait for any notifications or links or install any additional software.
