Lean Six Sigma is an improvement methodology that effectively combines the principles and practices of Lean and Six Sigma. Six Sigma methodology identifies and removes the basic causes of error in any business process. It aims at minimizing variability and eliminating marginal methods that are used in traditional contexts. Lean is a collection of tools and techniques that reduce wastage and minimise the time required to complete a production or service cycle. By combining the two ideas, organisations can improve quality, cut costs and increase speed dramatically.

Certified Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belts can work as a team member in a Six Sigma Project Team. They are responsible for monitoring and evaluating work progress and process enhancements. They work to support, or under the supervision of a Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt. Six Sigma certified professionals work on continual quality improvement by analyzing and solving quality problems, and creating a high performance organization.

This course will give you a basic understanding of Lean Six Sigma and its focus on eliminating defects through process improvement and variation reduction. Thanks KnowledgeHut Team. The process was smooth and very well-organized. And thanks to Priyanka for helping throughout the process from booking the course to final feedback. It was great to attend CSM training by Amit Kulkarni. The 2-day session was very interactive and I got to learn a lot on Scrum. Concepts taught during the training helped a lot in clearing the certification exam too.

Attended Certified ScrumMaster®(CSM) workshop in March 2019

CSM training by Steve Spearman was comprehensive and helped me learn the principles and practices of Scrum and pass the exam. It included tons of training aids, games, slides, videos etc. The trainer was very much in tune with the participants and was very adaptive and agile with his approach to the class This course conducted by KnowledgeHut was terrific and the hospitality by the hotel was good too.

Attended Certified ScrumMaster®(CSM) workshop in February 2018

Marco is an excellent trainer. I had the pleasure of participating in a 2-day CSPO training camp in Berlin in 2018. He provides great insights about the Scrum framework using exceptional real-world examples, backed-up by well-structured theory mixed with realistic problem-solving "games". Without a doubt, it is the best course I have attended during my career. If you want to dive deep into Scrum, I highly recommend participating in one of Marco's training.

Attended Certified Scrum Product Owner®(CSPO) Certification workshop in June 2018

The 2-day program led by Stuart Turner was really well presented in both structure and the trainer's delivery. Stuart's knowledge comes from a depth of experience and a breadth of wider learning.  It was great to discuss the real applications of SCRUM, as opposed to learning just pure theory.
