Every candidate receives the same high-quality content irrespective of the trainer and location. How are the workshops structured?

Our ICP- ATF course focuses on engaging interaction. Most class time is dedicated to fun exercises, lively discussions, and team collaboration - all facilitated by the ICAgile trainer. The focus is on practical solutions to real-world challenges drawn from decades of experience as Agile coaches, Agile mentors, Change Agents, and Product Owners in Agile environments.

What course material will I receive?

The course material comprises the course schedule or study plan, workbooks, and all relevant assignments, assessments, or case studies.

What if I miss a class?

If you miss a class, you can access the recordings of the sessions, provided ICAgile and the instructor have permitted recordings. At the beginning of every session, there will also be a 10-12-minute recapitulation of the previous class.

Can I cancel my enrolment in the ICP-ATF course? Do I get a refund?

At upGrad KnowledgeHut, we strive diligently to make sure that your learning experience with us is second to none and you are assured of the highest standards of quality. However, if for any reason your expectations are not met, we will process refunds in accordance with our Cancellation, Refund, and Deferment Policy.

Is the certification fee inclusive of the ICP-ATF course fee?

Yes, the ICP-ATF certification fee is included in upGrad KnowledgeHut’s training fee.

Can I switch my start date?

Yes, you may switch your start date with prior notice of at least 24 hours and subject to availability in the desired batch.

Are there any scholarships available?

Yes, scholarships are available for students and veterans with grants that can vary up to 50% of the course fees.To avail of scholarships, please get in touch with us at kh.support@upgrad.com. The team shall send across the forms and instructions to you. Based upon the responses and answers that we receive, our panel of experts decides on the Grant. The entire process could take about 7 to 15 days.

Are there any group discounts?

Yes, group discounts are available and apply to groups as small as three (3) participants. The more participants that attend a training course, the greater the discount. Can I pay the course fees in instalments?

Yes, instalment options are available for payment of course fees. To avail the instalment option, please get in touch with us at kh.support@upgrad.com. The team will explain how the instalments work and provide timelines as per your case.
