    In case, you don’t pass the PMP® Exam at the first attempt you can re-apply for it three more times with the same eligibility ID. You just need to pay $275 to PMI and reschedule your PMP® exam through Prometric in Bangalore. If you fail to clear the exam in the third attempt you’ll have to go through the entire application process from scratch.

    Before scheduling the exam, make sure you meet the minimum system requirements.     4. Or else, you can click on ‘A to Z list of all programs’ which will take you to a list of test sponsors.
    5. The test sponsor name for PMP® is PMI (Project Management Institute) which you’ll be able to find once you click on ‘P’.
    6. Once you find and click on PMI - Project Management Institute, you’ll land on a page where you need to log in using your unique PMI eligibility ID.
    7. In the next step you’ll have to choose between Center Based Test or Online Proctored Test option.

    If you select CBT option:Continue with the below mentioned scheduling instructions to take up the PMP® Exam(CBT) in Bangalore Test Center:

    • Next, you will have to select the booking method option available to you. Select the I will be scheduling for a future date at a test center’ option and click on Next.
    • On the next page, you will be asked to review the View Testing Policies. Next, click on Schedule this exam.
    • Next, you will have to select the test centre, date and time.
    • After selecting, review the appointment and click on Proceed to Checkout.
    • Follow the steps and click on Submit Order. This will confirm your appointment
    • You will receive a confirmation mail from Pearson VUE.

    If you select Online Proctored Test:You need to consider the following steps if you choose to take up the PMP® exam in Bangalore Test Center through Online Proctored Test:

    • Agree to the online proctoring policies after reading it and click ‘Next’.
    • The next page comprises of the exam and language aid you have selected. You need to click on ‘View Testing Policies’ and then click on ‘Schedule This Exam’.
    • In the next step, you need to choose the date and time you wish to take your exam on. However, you do not have to select a location. You can schedule your PMP® exam at any time of the day between Tuesday to Saturday. First, select a date you would like to take your exam on and then the time.
    • Once you make the selection, you need to review your appointment details and then click on ‘Proceed to Checkout’.
    • Complete the checkout by following the next steps and then click on ‘Submit Order’.
    • You will receive a confirmation email from Pearson VUE once your appointment is confirmed.

    If you cancel your exam within 30 days of your scheduled appointment, a fee of $70 will be charged. You have to cancel your appointment before 48 hours of the exam, otherwise you will have to forfeit the entire exam fee.

    The Project Management Institute (PMI) has not yet come up with any updates on Paper-based Testing (PBT). However, it will work with Pearson VUE on the transition of candidates who are scheduled for PBT exam to Pearson VUE test center location on or after 1st July 2019.

    Follow the given steps to schedule your PMP® exam with Pearson VUE through telephone:

    Step 1: The representative at the Pearson VUE’s Contact Center will ask you about your Testing program, which is PMI or the Project Management Institute.

    Step 2: Next, you will have to tell the name of the examination and your PMI ID.

    Step 3: Last but not least, your name, address, email address, and phone number will be verified. 

    To schedule the Test Accommodations, you must have been first granted. Here is what you need to do to schedule the PMP® Exam with Test Accommodations with Pearson VUE:

    • Contact the Pearson VUE Contact Center.
    • Provide the details including the Testing program, name of the examination and your PMI ID.
    • Next, you will have to verify your name, email address, phone number and address.

    You will get the eligibility ID for PMP® Exam when A Prometric Testing ID is a 9 digit (numeric or alpha-numeric) ID assigned by Prometric upon scheduling your first exam. Additionally, please be sure to enter your demographic information that corresponds to your Prometric Testing ID.

    • Visit www.PMI.org and under the Review Application status section, click on Reschedule Exam or Cancel Exam.
    • As you are directed to your Pearson VUE account, under the Upcoming Appointment section, click on the exam that you want to reschedule or cancel. 
    • When you review the exam’s current appointment details, you will get an option to reschedule or cancel your exam.Remember that if you are within 48 hours of your exam and you are cancelling your exam, you will have to forfeit the entire exam.

    The materials prohibited in the Test locations are watches, wallets, food, beverages, book, calculators, books, bags, sweaters, coats, pagers, cellular, telephones, tape, recorders, dictionaries, eye drops, medications, etc.

    Online Proctor exam is appropriate for people who wish to take the exams from the comfort of their offices and home. Also, make sure you have the right computer equipment for the exam.

    You can only select the Online Proctor exam for Certified Associate in Project Management(CAPM) and PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP). Follow the below steps to select the online proctor exam:

    • Log in to www.PMI.org. Select the ‘Schedule Exam’ option from Review application status section.
    • Select the exam and you will be redirected to a page to select the booking option.
    • Agree to the online proctoring policies and click Next.
    • Next, you will have to select the exam and the language aid. Click on the ‘View Testing Policies’ and then select ‘Schedule This Exam’.
    • Next, you will be asked to select the date and time of your exam. You don’t have to select the location. You can select any time of the day from Tuesday to Saturday. 
    • Review the appointment details and then click on ‘Proceed to Checkout’.
    • Once your appointment is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation mail from Pearson VUE. 

    Candidates who have their exam scheduled on or before 30th June 2019 will have their exam conducted at a Prometric test centre.

    For candidates with their exams scheduled on or before 1st July 2019, the exam will be moved to Pearson VUE.

    Step 6: In the next page you’ll have to enter your existing Eligibility ID received from PMI after payment and the first 4 characters of Last Name.

    Step 7: Once the above information matches, you’ll end up on a page where you need to choose the date and time of your choice. In fact, this page will let you know the available options to choose the date and time for your exam.

    Step 8: Your appointment is complete after your appointment verification process is over, once you choose your test centre and provide other additional information.

    Step 9: You don’t have to pay any fee to Prometric, you just need to pay $405 to PMI once your application is approved.

    Step 10: Now comes the big day for you. All you have to do is to reach your Prometric Testing Center in Bangalore with some government ID for verification. The test consists of 200 questions and the duration is of 4 hours.

    Step 11: You need to attempt all the 200 questions and once you submit your test, you’ll receive your results at once.

    Rescheduling of exams used to be pretty easy in Prometric, but now, you need to pay a fee in order to reschedule your exam.
