It provides simple structural rules and guidelines on how to adopt Scrum in large product development.

This course is an in-depth course covering the LeSS principles, framework and rules, and guides and denotes the holder’s ability to successfully implement best practices to achieve high value in a short time. You will learn the fundamentals of LeSS and how to successfully scale it for large organizations and projects.
Participants are expected to have basic Scrum knowledge either through practice, education, or research. This course is not for someone who is completely new to the subject.
On successful completion of the course you will receive a course completion certificate issued by KnowledgeHut.
