While the CSM certificate enables you to gain the theoretical knowledge of Scrum, “The Practical Scrum Master” workshop makes sure that you get your hands dirty and are ready to face practical situations. The workshop looks at various scenarios and challenges that a Scrum Master will face while building products using Scrum, and tries to find the best possible practical solutions through extensive use of participants’ experience, role plays and simulation.
On completion of this workshop, you will be able to understand:

The Practical Scrum Master workshop give you hands-on practical learning of Scrum in contrast to the theoretical knowledge of Scrum for the CSM certification. The workshop looks at various scenarios and challenges that a Scrum Master will face while building products using Scrum. It will help you find the best possible practical solutions to these scenarios and challenges through extensive use of participants experience, role plays and simulation.
There are no prerequisites to attend this course.
On successful completion of the course you will receive a course completion certificate issued by KnowledgeHut.
It is easy to enroll for classroom training online. There are several options to pay either through your debit/credit card that includes Visa Card, MasterCard; American Express or - via PayPal. Payment receipt will be issued to the candidate automatically by email.
Any registration cancelled within 48 hours of the initial registration will be refunded in FULL (please note that all cancellations will incur a 5% deduction in the refunded amount due to transactional costs applicable while refunding).
