They also want to make sure you are genuinely interested in the position. They also want to know how well you know the company. You can use the following points to answer the question - 

  • Talk about the company's value and how it matches yours. 
  • Demonstrate knowledge of your company. 
  • Do not over-say things - that seem fake.
