Projects are of strategic importance to the organizations where the projects happen. • The project manager also needs to work very closely with diverse stakeholder groups to understand their expectations, safeguard their interests and make all of them supportive towards the project with their contribution.
• The project manager needs to develop next line of leaders in the team. Hence the project manager needs to train, coach and mentor them. The project manager needs to share his/her experiences with others regularly.
• Needs to create an atmosphere of trust and collaboration. The project manager needs to encourage knowledge sharing among the team members.
• The project manager needs to keep providing the project status and forecasts to the stakeholders in a simple yet effective manner.
