Our Certified LeSS Practitioner course has been designed to help professionals understand this framework and adopt its principles, processes, rules and guides in large product development environments.
This 3-day course helps you learn in-depth about adopting and improvising the LeSS framework across multiple teams through case studies, Scrum literature and practical applications of LeSS. In the course of three days you will learn about LeSS principles, managing the product development, role and responsibilities of Product Owner and Scrum Master, co-ordinating different teams, LeSS adoption in organizations and much more. This is the perfect course for agilists who have been tasked with Agile adoption on the enterprise scale as they will get the confidence and expertise to carry out the task with efficiency.
Participants are expected to have basic Scrum knowledge.
On completing this course, participants will be awarded the Certificate LeSS Practitioner Certification.
