Raj Kasturi is a seasoned IT professional with 30 years of global application development and leadership experience. As a Certified Scrum Trainer (CST) and retired Project Management Professional (PMP, Credential Retired as of 2020), he brings extensive expertise to Agile methodologies. Holding dual MBAs in Information Technology and Marketing Management, Raj excels in guiding organizations through successful transitions to Scrum. He has a proven track record of managing global, cross-functional teams, balancing commercial and technical considerations, and delivering sustainable results through effective analysis, planning, risk management, problem-solving, and performance management. Raj is known for his ability to integrate diverse ideas and concepts, showcasing strong analytical skills and a disciplined approach to achieving goals. His commitment to lifelong learning is evident in his continuous pursuit of knowledge.

Fred is not only a seasoned executive but also a Certified Scrum Trainer (CST) accredited by the Scrum Alliance. His expertise extends to being a Certified Scrum@Scale Trainer (CS@ST), ScrumMaster (CSM), Developer (CSD), Product Owner (CSPO), an Agile Practitioner with the PMI group (PMI-ACP) and over 25 years of experience in Windows Networking and Software Development as a Microsoft System Engineer (MSCE).
