Large scale brings in additional complexity, non-linear behaviour, and risk.Large-Scale Scrum (LeSS) is a framework for scaling agile product development to multiple teams. LeSS builds on top of the Scrum principles such as empiricism, cross-functional self-managing teams and provides a framework for applying that at scale. It provides simple structural rules and guidelines on how to adopt Scrum in large product development.
Our course on LeSS Framework for Large Scale Product Development Training;is focused on Agile at scale. It covers the LeSS principles, framework and rules, and guides. This course is an in-depth course covering the LeSS principles, framework and rules, and guides and denotes the holder’s ability to successfully implement best practices to achieve high value in a short time. You will learn the fundamentals of LeSS and how to successfully scale it for large organizations and projects.
Participants are expected to have basic Scrum knowledge either through practice, education, or research. This course is not for someone who is completely new to the subject.
On successful completion of the course you will receive a course completion certificate issued by KnowledgeHut.
