To enable this, a Product Analyst could implement an A/B test. They can pick some users randomly and group them into a control and test group. Here, the test group will get a pop-up message on Facebook for new Instagram users. At the same time, the control group will not receive any such messages. After the test, we can compare the interaction on the feature by checking the new user sign-up ratio of both groups.
