The Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) is a framework that helps scale lean agile practices at the enterprise. Atlassian’sJira is a powerful tool used by teams to plan and track their work. Its tools and processes help in every phase of project management and make life easier for the project team. Jira when used with SAFe helps develop a product that helps teams efficiently scale SAFe and offers better visibility to clients and stakeholders, reducing labour and improving quality.
This course covers using JIRA Agile as a tool to support the delivery of Agile projects. The focus of this course will be on using this tool for scaling Agile projects using SAFe Framework concepts of Release Planning, Program Board, Agile Release Trains, and Synchronizing PI across various teams, Backlog (Portfolio, Program & Team) Management and tracking Sprints of various projects. The course is conducted by certified industry experts who will guide you through a highly experiential workshop that will give you the expertise and confidence to handle on the job challenges.
On successful completion of the Jira for Scaling Enterprises course, you will receive a Course Completion Certificate from KnowledgeHut with credits (1 credit per hour of learning).
