The purpose of this workshop is to understand role of a Scrum Master in an organization. It is aimed at helping you define the role of a Scrum Master and how to promote it within the organization. Good and empowered Scrum Masters can bring positive change within the organization but change becomes difficult when the change agent is not pragmatic. The workshop focuses on creating a knowledge base for change agents and empowering them with this knowledge. The Scrum Master Workshop covers all topics that will help participants deal with day to day Scrum work and many more responsibilities. You will learn how to deal with a Scrum Master job interview and learn the skills to become an effective servant leader.
This course is ideal for existing and aspiring Scrum Masters who want to understand how to be effective in their roles and develop insights into the journey towards becoming great scrum masters.
