SAFe® for Government Certification Training

In this SAFe® for Government course, you will learn to apply Lean-Agile and SAFe practices in various government organizations. You will learn to deal with issues such as an inflexible work environment, different working styles and a cultural disconnect from the Agile way of working may hamper transformation and project progress. This 2-day course will take you through comprehensive theories and practical exercises to help you learn about executing and releasing value through Agile Release Trains, building high-performing, multi-vendor Agile teams and programs, managing technology investments in Lean flow, acquiring solutions with Agile contracting, launching the program, and planning and delivering value using SAFe®.
