During this three-day course, candidates will gain an in-depth understanding of the role and responsibilities of an RTE in the SAFe® enterprise. They will explore the skills needed to facilitate and enable end-to-end delivery through Agile Release Trains (ARTs), and learn how to build a high-performing ART through servant leadership and coaching. They will also get the training required to get certified as a SAFe® 4 Release Train Engineer (RTE).
The RTE role in a Lean-Agile transformation will be examined through experiential learning. Candidates will learn how to facilitate ART processes and execution, coach leaders, teams, and Scrum Masters in new processes and mindsets. Additionally, they will also learn how to prepare, plan and efficiently execute a Program Increment (PI) planning event, the primarily enabler of alignment across all levels of a SAFe® enterprise.

The CSPO Training was awesome and great. The trainer Anderson made all the concepts look so easy and simple. Using his past experience as examples to explain various scenarios was a plus. Moreover, it was an active session with a lot of participant involvement which not only made it interactive but interesting as well.
