Rhea has over 9+ years' experience in Mainline & Digital Advertising. She is the Associate Vice President for Integrated Solutions and Team Lead at Schbang Academy. 

She has handled and worked on the strategic planning for multiple brands and executed numerous brand campaigns, activities and CSR initiatives. Her experience also includes team building, training, and grooming, and she has been leading teams for over 6 years.
