Overview
Many people nowadays say we don't need managers anymore. Teams manage themselves, Scrum has no manager role, so why do we need managers? In this meetup, we are gonna talk about this statement is it really true? We will look at some real-life example of a company that has indeed no managers, how do they handle things? Additionally, we are gonna look at some tools that modern organizations can use to apply good management.
