I have always felt that the traditional product development approach was rather dysfunctional but didn't know how it could be better until I learnt about and practiced the Agile/Lean approach. I have since been an Agile/Lean advocate and dedicating my career to helping others understand and get the most out of this empirical approach to complex work. My professional mission is to make the world a better place by inspiring, teaching and coaching individuals and organizations to unleash their true potential; happily and sustainably.
