Chris was first introduced to Agile during its relative infancy years in the Philippines back in 2006. He was initially able to experience Agile firsthand as a Software Developer of almost 10 years before jumping into Project Management and being a Scrum Master since 2008. He has been a Scrum and Agile Coach since 2013 -- mentoring & training teams, fellow Scrum Masters and companies become more Lean and Agile.

He has Scrum Coaching experience in the following countries: Philippines, Malaysia, Taiwan and Indonesia. Furthermore, he also has experience on helping transform companies and teams, both big and small, from traditional hierarchies and structure into truly Agile ones.

His project portfolio includes past work for Microsoft, Intel, Nokia, Japan Airlines, KFC and Burger King.

Don has over 20 years of Technology Leadership experience in software engineering, systems integration, and business consulting. He heads software development (Dev & QA) and services groups and leads multi-site operations and globally-distributed teams. He started as a C++ and Java developer, performed several technology roles and assignments, and currently serves teams in a senior-level capacity. Don is a pragmatic Agile advocate who welcomes everyday challenges in technology and life. Certifications: SAFe Program Consultant v3/v4, PSM (since 2011), PMP (since 2007).

Francis Chiu has been in the IT Industry for two decades. He's worked for multinational organizations such as Andersen Consulting (Accenture) for 7 years, where he was expatriated to Chicago and Dublin, Lawson Software (Infor) as one of the pioneering Senior Managers of the company setting up operations in the Philippines, Deutsche Bank becoming the youngest Vice President globally, Avaloq Evolution as Country Managing Director for the Philippines, and Global Director for Misys Financial Software (a UK based financial services software company), a Board Director and a Site Leadership Team member for the entity in the Philippines. Now he is the Country Manager and a Member of the Board of Directors for a UK-based company, ITRS. Now he is the Country Manager and a member of the Board of Directors for ITRS Philippines, a financial services software company with headquarters in London.

Ian Pestelos is a coach, trainer, mentor, and consultant to executives and product teams in The Philippines and Southeast Asia on agile development, software quality, innovation, and change leadership. Among his top clients are publicly-listed global investment banks and telcos, an Asian gaming enterprise, and Australia-based startups. He is a Management 3.0 facilitator and practitioner, co-instructor of the Black Box Software Testing courses in the Association for Software Testing (USA), Member Board of Directors of UX Philippines, Co-Founder of Software Testing Philippines, and Technical Council member of the Philippine Software Industry Association (PSIA). He has spoken in various conferences in Singapore, Vietnam, Indonesia, and The Philippines. He also holds Master of Technology Management from University of the Philippines.

Joshua Arvin Lat is the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) of Complete Business Online. For the past couple of years, he has been sharing his knowledge in several conferences around the country to discuss effective strategies for companies and professionals.

Sheila’s current passion is leading the Agile transformation journey of IBM in the Philippines. An avid Agile path trailblazer, Sheila initiated the Agile transformation journey of IBM Solutions Delivery Incorporated in September 2014 when she spearheaded the formation of the local Agile practitioner's community. Since then, she sustained the spreading of the Agile gospel through brown bag sessions, conducting Agile delivery workshops, blogging/writing Agile articles for BlueScript, formation of Agile Facilitator's Squad, and the Scrum Master's Guild.

A certified Project Management Professional and one of the first recipients of AusAID’s Australian Leadership Awards, Sheila is a graduate of Master of International and Development Economics at the Australian National University in Canberra. She also holds an MBA degree.
